NCMETCON

TRAIN EVERYTHING. PREPARED FOR ANYTHING.

NCMETCON is our high intensity program built for maximum results and maximum variety. Workouts combine high-powered functional movements with a variety of strength, weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning. You won’t know what’s coming – that’s why it works.

NCMETCON is all about GPP (General Physical Preparedness), and GPP is all about being well-rounded and preparing for “unknown” challenges. It’s a training methodology and mindset that helps prepare athletes for whatever life throws their way. Our NCMETCON workouts help athletes improve their GPP through a unique combination of high-power functional movements, relative intensity, and conscious variety of duration-loading-volume-complexity. Every day brings a new and exciting challenge to NCMETCON! In this incredibly diverse program, athletes will literally train everything to be prepared for anything. Some workouts might be a sprint (short, fast, and light) while others might be a grind (long, slow, and heavy). Movements will include everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifting. NCMETCON will touch all ends of the fitness spectrum but on most days athletes will train right in “the middle” for the most intensity and greatest power output! If you’re looking for a high-powered, exciting, and challenging program…NCMETCON is it.

Boot Camp

The Boot Camp Class will feel familiar. It’s an energetic interval workout, with plenty of cardio and basic NCFIT moves. It’s still based on the NCFIT science, just without the advanced movements. If you’re NCFIT curious, but aren’t sure about the barbells or are a little intimidated by it…this class is a great way to work your way into it. You may find that you’re able to do more NCFIT activities than you realized!

Boot Camp develops core strength and endurance while priming the body for fat loss. The program focuses on metabolic conditioning, body weight-based exercises, and functional moves. The classes are intense but really fun and can be adapted to physical ability and any individual needs. We’re results-driven—and each session optimized your workout, moving boot campers through functional fitness movements and strength and body weight-based techniques. Our boot campers find that the program helps them achieve peak physical and mental performance—and appreciate the expert, focused coaching. Concretely, Boot Camp will teach you how to create and sustain a healthy, active lifestyle.

Personal Training

For those not interested in Group classes or those looking to work one on one with a a Coach we offer Personal Training. Working one on one with a coach is the quickest way to get the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program designed specifically for your current fitness level and your goals. Our Coaches will hold you accountable and will track your progress over the course of your sessions.

We offer a free 30 minute consultation to assess your current fitness level and discuss your goals. Then our expert coaches will design the program that is perfect for you. The sessions are scheduled around your availability making it perfect for your busy schedule. We typically sell them in packages of 5 or 10 session but can build custom packages as needed.

Athletes can either sign up for private sessions exclusively or participate in a combination of group classes and private session to fit your schedule and budget

Our 60 minute class. NCMETCON is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and Olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!
